1. What motivated you to make this film?

I was already in Colombia working on another project and The Kogi community had caught wind of our visit and invited us to come and tell their story and document their message in the Sierra. A lot of my work is exploring our interconnectivity to the natural world and telling the stories of underrepresented voices.
