After being left by his girlfriend for a more edgy and exciting guy, an average “JOE”, with the help of his once semi-connected grandfather, unstable younger brother, and lifelong, loyal friends, attempts to impress her back by creating his own version of an Italian-American mafia. Simultaneously, he intends to use this unorthodox and unexpected authority to gentrify (or as they call it, glorification) their declining city back to its glory days, when the mafia owned and controlled the neighborhoods. But, as with any revolution, comes consequences.
