Hucklah left US in a fit of pique after losing as a presidential candidate to Moon whom he helped to lay his path in the political party, to reside in a new city where he hijacked a lethal bio genetic clone called CRUISER X from two professors and used it together with the rugged army he built to wreck havoc on United states and disrupted the administration of Moon. Michael, a veteran in the army, having his home broken already, faced hard times in leading a team of five men to neutralize the clone and put an end to this rugged army and at the same time fixing his home.
